Dara Hotel - Phuket

This venue boasts a strategic location just outside the main town, a variety of delicious dining choices, and friendly, attentive staff.

Functional and new-fashioned rooms, we did not want to leave there.

all good - we truly enjoyed this brand-new hotel - the food was fabulous and the staff were excellent and amicable. got an amazing and great breakfast included. everything was great and within 27 minutes' drive of phuket airport.

Particularly good location away from the town area, reasonably priced restaurants in the local area. Near a multi-purpose stadium.

The hotel was colourful and fairly clean with excellent and amiable staff members. the room was reasonably large with a balcony and had a good night's sleep. - Greatly enjoyed the marvellous and incredible breakfast. - the location was comfortable and perfect, very close to a big shopping centre. - the interior design was very modern.

I like my room. It is spacious with an alcove for suitcases and a balcony. The room is also very clean and even the AC smells clean. WiFi is free and a PC is available in the lobby for free. The hotel is within a short walking distance to the Central Festival Mall where there a wide choice of restaurants and, most important for me, the Central supermarket. The supermarket has a bakery and reasonably priced ready to eat meals located at the left side before entering the main supermarket. Tables and chairs are provided by Central. Although I do not like to shop for clothes and other items, this hotel is certainly the place to stay for those who like to shop. The airport bus also stops at the mall. Very near the hotel, one can also take the public transportation to Patong beach and back. It also goes to Phuket Town where local buses to various beaches are stationed. The airport bus also goes to Phuket Town where the bus station is located.

The television is constantly on in the dining room.

Well it's certainly different! Quirky design and quite nice when you get used to the colour scheme. The room was very good and spacious. The restaurant was fair and the inclusive breakfast was good. The swimming pool was nice with a cushioned surround to lay about in. It's only a 20 min bus ride to the town centre (25 baht) and a 40 minute bus ride to Patong Beach (also 25 baht) . The shopping mall is 10 mins on foot or by the hotel's courtesy Tuk-Tuk

Located near the junction of busy roads. Only one large buffet-style restuarant on the corner. Otherwise, choose from the many restaurants in the shopping mall.

The recently refurbished accommodations at Dara Hotel - Sha Plus provide a peaceful setting. the hotel is conveniently located next to the early ferry to Phi Phi. the breakfast served here is absolutely fantastic, featuring delicious noodles, fresh coffee, and omelettes.

The design is nice and interesting. The bed is really great. We just stayed there because we had to leave early and fly from Phuket Airport. I choose this hotel because of the comfort/price and it was a good choice. The staff is friendly and helpful. And some do speak english.

Great pool for children. Location is good if you want to shop but bad if you like to go to beach. It's easy to go to or come from the airport.

the room was spotless and airy with a nice balcony and a dining area. location: the hotel was near the nearby shopping centre as well as the beach areas.

The hotel is conveniently located near a central shopping center and in a decent area. the room is a nice size with a pleasant interior, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Smoke detectors are installed to ensure guests' safety.

I stayed in Dara hotel on 27sep-4oct. 8days 7nights. The reason I choosed this hotel coz the location is near my friends place. So I didn't know the quality before. But when I stayed there, I didn't regret. Overall are very nice. Nice room with nice LCD TV. Wi-fi is good. 4big pillows. Colourfull hotel. The manager,mrs Siriporn is nice. She answer all my questions clearly. The receptionists have a limited English, but they try hard to help. The most fluent English of receptionist name is Sara & she is very polite. Dara hotel is just across of Central Festival, the biggest mall in Phuket. Just 10mnts walk. And Big C supermarket is 400m. Dara htl provides free tuk tuk to these 2places.

I'm a Moslem. 6times I had breakfast buffet, only twice they provide non pork meat like fish&chicken. But 4times were only pork, pork&pork. They should consider to have Moslem guests. So we don't have to eat egg, egg &egg. Taxi meter from HKT airport to Dara htl was 400THB. But how come from Dara htl to HKT was 600THB?
